Description

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Wrap Assembly

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or garlic sauce


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the marinade. Let them rest for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat until hot and ready for cooking.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6 to 7 minutes per side, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F for safe consumption. The chicken should have grill marks and be cooked through.
  5. Rest and Slice: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes to retain juices. Then, slice it into thin strips for wrapping.
