Instructions
- Prepare the shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker about halfway with ice to chill the ingredients effectively.
- Mix the cocktail: Pour in 2 ounces of tequila, 1 ounce of fresh lime juice, 1½ ounces of pure unsweetened cranberry juice, ½ ounce of Cointreau or other orange liqueur, and 1 tablespoon of simple syrup into the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is cold.

Notes
- Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor and brightness.
- Adjust simple syrup amount to taste if you prefer a sweeter or more tart cocktail.
- Substitute the orange liqueur with triple sec if Cointreau is not available.
- For a festive presentation, consider using frozen cranberries as garnish.
- Rim salt can be replaced with sugar for a sweeter edge depending on your preference.
