- 1 medium onion, diced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 7 slices American cheese
- 24 slices pickle
- Ketchup (to taste)
- Mustard (to taste)
Secret Sauce

- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Topping
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook Onions: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add diced onions and cook for about 3 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Cook Beef: Add ground beef and salt to the skillet. Continue cooking, breaking the meat apart, until it’s fully cooked and the onions are translucent.
- Drain Grease: Carefully drain excess grease from the skillet to avoid soggy sliders.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the assembled sliders.
- Prepare Buns: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, setting the tops aside for later.
- Arrange Bottom Buns: Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet evenly spaced.
- Add Beef and Onions: Spread the cooked ground beef and onion mixture evenly over each bottom bun.
- Add Cheese: Lay 7 slices of American cheese across the beef layer to cover the sliders in a cheesy blanket.
- Add Pickles: Place 24 pickle slices evenly over the cheese on the sliders.
- Drizzle Condiments: Add ketchup, mustard, and the prepared secret sauce generously over each slider to mimic the classic Big Mac flavor.
- Top Buns: Place the top halves of the slider buns on each sandwich to complete the assembly.
- Cover & Bake: Cover the assembled sliders with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Butter & Seed Topping: Remove foil, brush each bun top with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
- Final Bake: Return the sliders to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and the buns are golden.
- Serve: Remove sliders from the oven and enjoy warm for the best taste experience.
